PropertyLimBrothers is back with another How We Sold episode and today we will be discussing in-depth how our Inside Sales teammates Alan and Rachel, helped to move the sale of a 1-bedroom unit over at Bartley Residences. Prior to engaging the service of PLB, the unit was put out on the resale market for close to seven months but to no avail. This listing was a unique situation as the owner was, at that point in time, located overseas when she reached out to PLB to help market her unit: coupled with the fact that the nation still under the circuit breaker, which called for a change in marketing strategy.
