The blocks in this development feature the classic point block design, with some blocks having a half-point block design. Overall, the site plan has some morning sun exposure (for east-facing stacks). The entrance is nearer to the southern blocks, but the northern blocks might be able to enjoy a better river view with a more serene atmosphere.

The Poiz Residences is a Condominium with a 99-year leasehold from 2014 and was completed in 2018 with a comparable size of 731 units. 8@Woodleigh is a Condominium with a 99-year leasehold from 2008 and was completed in 2012 with a moderate size of 330 units.
