Real Estate is an industry heavily dependant on face-to-face interactions, and with new cases spiking recently in Singapore, we feel it is our due diligence to not only educate agents in the industry, but to better inform our clients such as yourself, for a safer property experience.

As of 5th May the Council for Estate Agencies, or CEA, released a guide on property transaction activities, based on the new heightened measures announced by the Multi-Ministry Taskforce (MTF) on the 4th of May, 2021.

Health and safety are of utmost importance for both our work family and clients, and together, we’ve been through this before during Phase 2, so we’ll be a little more light-hearted this time round!

Five distinct visitors per day, including video production crew, owners and professionals.

  • Excited to have a flock of viewings in a day? Not quite. We’ll spread them out to accommodate the current regulations. Some buyers really love to have the whole family involved (some extending to even their furkids) which isn’t wrong, but it’s better to just keep it to the key buyer.

  • Our video crew and photographers will still need time to shoot your lovely home. Agents and presenters can’t do it themselves!

  • Where other professionals are required, such as architects, interior designers, construction and M&E (mechanical and electrical) engineers and surveyors, we’ll set aside time to assess your property.

We assure our property agents will provide a clean and safe experience for you.

  • All our agents and media crew will be checked daily for their temperatures and overall health, their video equipments will be sanitised too. So pardon us if we do come smelling a little too much of alcohol, and we aren’t talking about the booze!

  • PropertyLimBrothers will also utilise Video Conferencing (VC) to ensure safety on both ends where possible, and set up mindful, safe meetings where unavoidable.

All the documents are online, making it easier.

  • Almost everything will be on PDFs, shared with you for easy viewing. Most of the signing off for contracts will digital, so be sure to save your signature in the PDF app.

  • Our team with be alongside you, through WhatsApp. We get it, not everyone likes to group chats, but it works really well, and we promise our team won’t spam you with unnecessary GIFs, videos, road accidents, chain messages and most of all, fake news. If you’re interested in real news about property, we have our Insights editorial as well as our Telegram group made specially for you.

Listings and videos available on your phone

  • Once all our videos and listings are ready by our media team, we’ll analyse the social media landscape, and launch it to the right people. Don’t worry if you find that the view count might not be as much as other larger homes; it’s quality vs quantity! Also, you’ll be privy to your home tour video if there’s anything specific you would like to say (some demands we’ve had were pretty hilarious, though).

Our 360 virtual tours are almost as good as being there!

  • 3D digital twins such as the ones used in our Matterport scans are used. Haven’t heard of it? Explore one of our latest homes in Jupiter Road! It’s basically a pretty cool feature where you can walk around the house and view 360° of everything around you. Think of it as a Google Maps’s Street View, but in a home and in high definition. It’s done for all homes. Cool eh?

What about new launches?

  • New Launch condominium Show Galleries, or showrooms, or show flats, you get what we mean. They’re reducing the number of visitors, but judging from experience, developers will try to push the launch date where possible, and for online launches, be sure to keep in touch with your agent.

  • Online viewings will still be encouraged, and prior to launch, PropertyLimBrothers will update you with in-depth analyses of the upcoming projects, which you can find easily through our New Launch videos or articles, whichever you prefer. We cover existing projects with available units as well.
