Hi everyone, in today’s episode of ASKPropertyLimbrothers, our Listings Manager Christina Tan will be sharing the process when selling an HDB Property. 

First, in order to sell your HDB flat, sellers will first need to check if you have met your minimum occupation period. Then after you can apply online via the HDB resale portal net with your SINGPass to request for an intent to sell. Please note that you can only issue your OTP, which is the option to purchase, seven days after you have done your intent to sell.
